AARP Poll on Medical Marijuana
A new poll, conducted on behalf of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) by International Communications Research (ICR), has revealed that a majority of seniors support legalizing marijuana for medical purposes.
On Dec. 18, 2004 CNN released the following poll statistics (which are scheduled to be published in the Mar./Apr. 2005 edition of AARP The Magazine).
DEMOGRAPHICS -- The following demographics, published by CNN, indicate various percentages who agreed that "adults should be allowed to legally use marijuana for medical purposes if a physician recommends it."
