"While a plant may have specific valuable properties, such as THC, those properties should be extracted and separated from the more harmful properties, such as smoking and psychotropics. There is no control over the dose and an appropriate dose is not known. It should not be smoked and it shouldn’t be made available without going through FDA’s scientific testing protocols."
